We are currently facing a coronavirus pandemic that has many people afraid of stepping outside of their homes. Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins recently announced that we must all wear masks when going to certain businesses such as grocery stores. Join us for a virtual walk. Dr. Riz and Maya will demonstrate how to wear three types of masks and why it is important to wear them in public. Remember to continue to walk and/or exercise. Spend time in nature and try to get some sun.
Check our 2019 recap video. We talk about what it has been like for us to join the non-profit organization Walk With A Doc. We have a wonderful group of walkers that join us on a monthly basis.
We walk every third Saturday of the month.
The Village Community has a lake with a walking trail. We will meet at the parking lot near The Cliffs at 8820 Southwestern Blvd, Dallas, TX 75206

**Our alternative route in case we should have rain is Northpark Mall.
